Questions & answers

What are credits?

Credits power AI features like DungeonGPT's AI Dungeon Master running on the members' model pool. Your full monthly allowance is granted the moment each billing month begins; unused credits expire at the end of that month.

Which games does membership cover?

All of them, by design: one membership, one account, every Octonion game. Today the member features live in DungeonGPT; new games add their own member content over time, at no extra cost.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your account page via Manage subscription. Your membership and remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

What's the refund policy?

Because your full credit allowance is usable from day one, we don't offer partial-month refunds. New members can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment: email support@octonion.io. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; prices are in USD and any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

When do Premium and Elite launch?

When their content is ready. We only sell tiers that deliver something today. Members is the launch tier; Premium and Elite open as their features and larger allowances arrive.
